TOKYO, JAPAN - Nihon Kohden introduces a new central monitor, the CNS-9701, to provide centralized monitoring and review of patients in a Nihon Kohden patient monitoring network.
The CNS-9701 central monitor can monitor and review up to 8 patients at a time. This is optionally expandable to 12 or 16 patients. CNS-9701 also has easy operation similar to Nihon Kohden's Life Scope P and i monitors. It features a large 18-inch flat LCD color display with touch screen and dual display capability. CNS-9701 has large data and waveform storage capacity for comprehensive monitoring and review.
LS-NET (Life Scope Network) is Nihon Kohden's patient monitoring network. This network allows a very flexible patient monitoring system. Hardwired bedside monitors can be connected by Ethernet LAN and telemetry monitors can be connected via multiple patient receiver. A network interface also allows use of existing older model Life Scope monitors.
