Nihon Kohden introduces BSM-2303 Life Scope i portable bedside monitor

TOKYO, JAPAN - Nihon Kohden Corporation has introduced a new bedside monitor, BSM-2303, to its Life Scope i series.
Life Scope i monitors are compact and lightweight with AC or 3 hour battery operation for use as a transport monitor or bedside monitor. Life Scope i has high performance features such as a high resolution 8.4-inch color TFT LCD touch screen, high quality arrhythmia detection, networking, and optional 3 channel recorder. These monitors also include Nihon Kohden's new PWTT technology to help detect sudden blood pressure change noninvasively during periodic NIBP measurement.
Life Scope i has 7 parameters. BSM-2301 has 5 traces and the new BSM-2303 has 6 traces. BSM-2303 also has interbed capability to view data of other monitors in the network.
