Nihon Kohden introduces mainstream CO2 sensors

May 1, 2002

TOKYO, JAPAN - Nihon Kohden has introduced two new mainstream CO2 sensors, TG-900P and TG-950P. These sensors can be used with most of our Life Scope bedside monitors.

Key features of the new sensors are ease of use, low cost, patient comfort, durability and water resistance.

TG-950P uses the quantitative measurement method and TG-900P uses the innovative semi-quantitative method. The semiquantitative TG-900P requires no calibration and has a wider range of operating and storage conditions in addition to high impact and water resistance which is ideal for use in severe conditions such as outdoor emergencies. The quantitative method TG-950P provides high accuracy.
