Nihon Kohden opens new web site for its revolutionary PWTT technology

TOKYO, JAPAN - Nihon Kohden Corporation has created an easy to understand online presentation of its revolutionary PWTT technology.
PWTT can significantly enhance periodic NIBP measurement by detecting sudden change in blood pressure. Periodic NIBP measurement can miss critical blood pressure changes that occur between the measurement times. To help solve this problem, PWTT can detect sudden blood pressure change in many cases and trigger NIBP measurement to confirm it.
PWTT is completely non-invasive; it uses the ECG and the pulse wave from an SpO2 probe.
