Nihon Kohden introduces Life Scope i portable bedside monitor

TOKYO, JAPAN - Nihon Kohden Corporation introduced a new bedside monitor, the BSM-2301 Life Scope i.

This monitor operates on AC or battery power and is compact and lightweight so it can be used as a transport monitor as well as a bedside monitor.

Life Scope i also has 7 parameters and 5 traces on a high resolution 8.4-inch color TFT LCD touch screen. Other high performance features include multi-template arrhythmia analysis with editable ECG waveform windows and Nihon Kohden's new PWTT technology to help detect sudden blood pressure change noninvasively during periodic NIBP measurement.

With the introduction of Life Scope i, Nihon Kohden offers a complete line of patient monitors for different needs. Life Scope i can be connected to Nihon Kohden's Life Scope patient monitor network.
