TOKYO, JAPAN – Nihon Kohden Corporation hereby announces that NKS Bangkok, Co., Ltd. will change its name to Nihon Kohden (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
Nihon Kohden’s Three-year Business Plan covering FY2021 to FY2023, BEACON 2030 Phase I, calls for the Company to expand sales to new customer bases and promote solution proposals in emerging markets including Southeast Asia. NKS Bangkok has supported local distributors in Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand, Myanmar, Nepal, Bhutan, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Bangladesh since its establishment in 2013. With this name change, Nihon Kohden Thailand will strengthen its direct marketing utilizing Nihon Kohden’s brand and provide quality products and good after-sales support. The new name is effective April 3, 2023.
