Nihon Kohden hereby announces that it has disclosed information on climate change in line with the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)~{*1}.
As addressing climate change is one of the most critical social issues facing global society and one of the most significant management issues for us, Nihon Kohden expressed its support for TCFD in May 2022. 
Nihon Kohden has analyzed climate-related risks and opportunities by management and members of the Sustainability Promotion Committee and disclosed information on the four pillars of Governance, Strategy, Risk Management, and Metrics and Targets. Nihon Kohden continues to embrace sustainability across business and corporate activities under its three-year business plan, BEACON 2030 Phase I. We will strengthen our response to climate change and enhance information disclosure with the aim of contributing to the realization of a carbon-free society.
